Booking and Payment:
To secure your place on the BGIT Staycation Retreat, a deposit of £150 is required.Payments must be made via the booking form below.
Payment Installment schedule:
Upon registration - Initial deposit of £150
1st May - second installment of £150
1st July - final installment of £100
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations made before July 1st are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any applicable administrative fees. Cancellations made after July 1st are non-refundable.Any refunds will be processed within a 5-7 working days.
Retreat Participation:
Retreat participation is limited to BGIT community members aged 21 and above. Attendees are expected to respect and adhere to the retreat schedule, guidelines, and instructions provided by the retreat organizers. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the attendee being asked to leave the retreat, with no refund provided.
Health and Safety:
Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat.It is recommended that attendees have appropriate travel insurance that covers any potential accidents, illnesses, or emergencies. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed to the retreat organizers in advance.
